You seek alignment and to make choices that resonate with your individual truth in all areas of your life; fitness, nutrition, career, relationship, sex and intimacy, parenting, etc. You recognize that when you are living in alignment with self you can give to others from an authentic, full place.

You seek to experience joy and pleasure as the norm, not as a “once in a while” experience. You have a willingness to be raw, open-minded, and open-hearted with self and with life so that you may discover true joy. Joy that is present in the small moments of life. Joy in "the being", not the "forced doing".

You seek meaning. You have an ongoing desire to move forward, learn, evolve, and grow. You have a willingness to be vulnerable with self to understand self at a deeper level; beyond the beliefs and ideas that have come from an external place. You seek to return to what you already are.

Completely personalized one-to-one coaching sessions based on what you would like to focus on. Sessions can focus on an isolated topic or a specific goal or intention. Either way, you will leave each session with awareness and actionable steps.
Personal Training
Intentional Fitness Coaching
A program designed just for you, that will take into account the physical aspects of training and the mental, emotional and spiritual components of wellness. This personalized approach includes weekly check-in calls, in addition a workout program.

Together we set goals, determine action steps, access progress and evolve your program so that you can reach your nutrition goals once and for all. Using a science, evidence and experience based approach we write the manual of YOU. This is the approach that works.

Holistic Coaching takes the whole person into consideration; transformation happens on the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical levels making change from the inside out. Self discovery is a priority and the intention is to create well being and fulfillment in all areas of life that are important to you.
A training plan will only take you so far; pairing the principles of Holistic Life Coaching with a training plan addresses fitness goals from a whole person perspective. We identify your goals, why they are meaningful to you, we address potential obstacles, and create a program that is personalized to you.
Coaching calls will take place over Zoom. Fitness training will take place online or in-person.
